Utility Valet seeks Inside Sales Representatives to join our team at our office in Little Elm, TX. This position offers an on-target earnings (OTE) of $75,000-$100,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Engage with 100% warm leads.
• Assist customers in selecting the best home internet and security solutions.
• Educate customers on available service plans, pricing, and promotions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Actively listen to customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Accurately input customer records and sales documentation.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and competitive mindset.
• Able to thrive in a performance-driven environment.
• Sales experience preferred but not required – comprehensive training provided.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM software.
