Key Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with property management companies, SFR operators, and industry partners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry decision-makers
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company goals
Requirements
• Experience in the property management, SFR, or multifamily industry (minimum 1 years)
• Sales experience, preferably in a business development role
• Existing relationships with property management companies, operators, or vendors in the SFR space
• Proven track record of selling to, partnering with, or working within property management companies
• Strong understanding of property management operations, resident move-ins, and revenue generation models
