Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, Computer Science/Information Systems or quantitative related field. Four years of related experience in a financial or related field.
Job Summary:
To perform complex analysis of institutional activities, both qualitative and quantitative, and recommend decisions in line with strategic plans designed to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness.
Job Duties:
- Performs extensive qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Understands and utilizes industry benchmark data to perform financial, operational and statistical analysis.
- Assists in developing sophisticated financial models by providing financial and operational information through analysis of budget vs. performance and external clients and published metrics
- As team lead, analyzes team workload, determines work priority, assigns duties to members of team, oversees work progress, and mentors members of their team.
- Provides clear and accurate information which enables senior management to make informed long-term and short term strategic decisions.
- Understands information systems process development and helps coordinates the initiatives with the business solutions team.
- Develops and refines efficient processes that help to establish a clear strategic path and helps achieve goals.
- Adheres to established internal controls, identifies areas to include these controls were they are not present.
- Adheres to and develop/amends internal controls and reporting structure.
- Well-developed planning and organizational skills.
- Experience with a large-scale ERP system, Oracle/PeopleSoft preferred.
- Special projects as assigned by management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adheres to internal controls and reporting structure.
Salary Range:
Commensurate with experience.
