Job Description : HCSS Event Videographer / Photographer (2405778)
Job Summary :
To oversee operation and maintenance of various audio-visual equipment and systems, as well as videography and photography support for events such as graduations, awards ceremonies, conferences, and live-streaming productions. This role coordinates and performs daily office operations to provide excellent customer service to our UTMB clients. The position requires strong customer service skills and an energetic, self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ability to load and deliver equipment including posterboards is also necessary.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Customer service liaison, ensuring prompt and efficient responses to customer requests.
- Capture high-quality video and / or photography of the event.
- Set up and maintain video and photography equipment.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure all important moments are captured.
- Maintain a high level of creativity and attention to detail throughout the event.
- Pre-test set up, and operate the following equipment : LCP projector, computer, audio / visual accessories, and standard Microsoft Office software.
- Perform related duties as required.
Additional Support :
Required Education / Experience :
High school diploma or equivalent and two years of related experience. Standard office and event production environment. Continuous reaching, standing, and moving. Ability to move and lift up to 30 lbs.
