Job Summary :
To oversee performance of preventive and corrective maintenance. Supervise, coordinate, and direct the activities of maintenance work crews and contractors. Takes direction from the Maintenance Customer Service Manager to assist with staff supervision, Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) accuracy and audits, along with quality assurance and quality control of processes and their execution.

Working Environment / Equipment :
Standard office equipment (PC, printer, etc.) are required in executing the job functions of this role.
Standard hospital, clinical, laboratory and / or office environments. Active construction work sites, craft shops, mechanical rooms, and occasional confined spaces. May be exposed to such occupational hazards such as communicable diseases and harmful chemicals. Some exposure to weather and physical hazards. Use of hand and power tools used in building allied trades.

The successful candidate may be required to pass a Department of Justice security clearance.
Salary Range :
Commensurate with experience.
Work Schedule :
Monday through Friday may be required to work extended hours or rotating shifts.
