- Certified Associate Project Management (CAPM)
- Clinical work experience is preferred
Job Summary:
The Value Analysis Project Manager reports to the Value Analysis Project Manager. Responsible for managing multiple Value Analysis projects including but not limited to product conversions and product trials. Has experience in project management, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and works well in a clinical setting. Responsible for working with relevant stakeholders to implement initiatives set forth by the Director of Strategic Sourcing and Value Analysis and the various Value Analysis Committees. Receives directive from the Value Analysis Project Manager to support the Clinical Resource Manager initiative needs.
Job Duties:
- Works with Project Manager to develop project plans at the directive of the Director of Strategic Sourcing and Value Analysis
- Manages the execution of tasks amongst various hospital and institutional stakeholders associated with Value Analysis projects
- Accountable for the timelines of task completion across the various levels of the initiative implementation process
- Actively works with Value Analysis stakeholders and customers to ensure Value Analysis is meeting its service level agreements
- Comfortable working in a clinical environment
- Works closely with Sourcing, Contracting, Clinical Resource, and Analytics team members within Value Analysis to successfully implement Value Analysis initiatives
- Reports project progress to Value Analysis Project Manager, Clinical Resource Managers, and the Director of Strategic Sourcing and Value Analysis
- Adheres to internal controls and reporting structure.
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Strong project management ability

- Knowledge of the healthcare supply chain
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word applications

Salary Range:
Anticipated salary $75,000.00 annually.
Work Schedule:
Partial remote, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm , and as needed on occasion.
