Data Entry Clerk
Established in 1994, Utopia Management has been serving communities throughout the west with unparalleled skill and diligence. We are looking for a highly motivated person to work in our accounting department on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical work.
Responsibilities - Data Entry
- Process Accounts payable
- Process Accounts Receivable
- Initiating and managing bank deposits using a remote check scanner
- Help process incoming mail
- Fact-checking accounting data
- Reconcile Bank Accounts
- Assist Property tenants in trying to pay online or access their online portals
- Talk to Tenants about their ledgers
Requirements - Data Entry
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, stress and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Pleasant personality as this is also a customer service role
- You should also be able to deal with emergencies, irate callers, and general inquiries in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
