Location: Grafton, WI
Hours: 25-35 Hours per Week, Monday-Friday 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM, and at least 2 Saturdays per month (or more if available!)
Compensation:
- $15.00-$18.00 per Hour based on Experience

Our programs teach self-protection, fitness, and valuable life skills. We are seeking a qualified Customer Success Manager to join our team and help drive our mission forward.
Position Overview:
As a Customer Success Manager, you will serve as a Utopia Ambassador and play a vital role in managing front-of-house operations with a strong focus on customer service, sales, and marketing. You’ll be the first point of contact for our members and visitors, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and the best possible experience. This role also involves working closely with our coaches and team to promote Utopia’s offerings and help grow our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Assistance: Utilize our proven Sales Success System to sell memberships and promote our programs.
- Marketing Support: Develop and execute marketing strategies, manage social media content, and assist in planning and coordinating campaigns.
- Customer Engagement: Conduct telephone inquiries, lead studio tours, and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective members.
- Front Desk Management: Greet members and guests, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized lobby area.
- Member Support: Assist with onboarding new members, respond to inquiries, and ensure member satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with coaches and other team members to ensure seamless operations and member experiences.
Qualifications:
- MUST be over 18 years old
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Experience working with children
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a busy, dynamic environment
- Functional computer skills (Spreadsheets, Email, Canva)
- Health & fitness minded personality is a plus
