Door and Window Service Techs Wanted. United Tech Services, UTS.Homes, LLC, provides warranty service work for major door and window manufacturer's, throughout the United States and Canada.
Customers purchase and have installed, the manufacturers doors and windows, if there is an issue while still under warranty, the manufactures bring the service request to UTS, for techs to solve the issue. Parts are provided by the manufacturers.

- Starting pay is $55/hr, $27.50/hr for helpers
- Mileage is paid
- No searching for work – we send jobs to you, via a phone app you will download
- Great extra income or between projects income - part time work, full time work in certain areas if desired
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. You must speak and act professionally.
- Need strong mechanical aptitude, including knowledge of door and window repairs and installation.
- Comfortable in handling customer relations in a professional and friendly manner.
- Need truck or trailer to transport doors, windows, and glass, to customers home.
- Your scheduling and completion of work orders determines your hours worked.
- Need to be located within 50 miles of Myrtle Beach, SC.
- Windows and doors, inspect, install and repair: 7 years (Required)
- Tools and Transportation - Truck capable of transporting door units for door work. A-Frame truck would be a plus for window work. Hand tools to perform jobs. Scaffolding and large ladders a plus but not required (UTS can rent them)
- Techs schedule work requests with homeowners and complete work orders within a timely manner, per our manufacturer’s directions and guidelines
- Enter service actions and results into UTS Mobile App (we provide to download on your smart phone) while on site - no internet access required on job site and no need for additional time at home on computer – no paperwork or emailing from home! Completed work orders are paid via direct deposit to techs account, the following week.

- As a Service Tech at UTS, LLC, you will be at the forefront of our operations, playing a pivotal role in the service, repair, and installation of windows and doors. We are seeking an individual who is professional, thrives on taking initiative, has a keen eye for detail and is passionate in obtaining optimal satisfaction, with skilled knowledge, to resolve the issues the customers are experiencing. Work performed with in a timely manner is a requirement.
