Weekend Night Shift : Friday-Sunday 5 : 30PM-5 : 30AM
Responsibilities
- Create and manage wave plans in Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure optimal order picking and shipping efficiency.
- Monitor and prioritize orders based on customer requirements, inventory levels, and shipping schedules.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors, inventory control, and shipping teams to ensure smooth execution of wave plans.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to wave planning and order fulfillment, identifying areas for improvement.
- Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to wave planning, order picking, and shipping.
- Maintain and update WMS configurations and settings to support efficient wave planning processes.
- Scan and upload all shipping documents in TMS from the previous day.
- Check-in all incoming drivers in Blue Yonder to confirm load details are accurate.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance warehouse operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
