As a Warehouse Associate, you'll be at the heart of our operations. You'll load and unload trucks, accurately fill orders, manage inventory, and ensure that products meet the highest quality standards-all while delivering outstanding service to our customers.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and complete customer orders for shipment or pickup.
- Load vendors with the correct amount of product.
- Complete applicable paperwork for each order processed.
- Load and unload trucks using a forklift or pallet jack.
- Move finished product, checking code dates to ensure product quality.
- Perform monthly inventory counts as required.
- Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping your work area orderly and following company procedures, rules, and regulations.
Requirements :
Pay Rate : $20.21 / hour, with an additional $0.50 shift differential for 2nd shift.

During the first year of service, hired applicants will earn Paid Time Off in the form of Vacation and Flex PTO at the accrual rate of 1 hour for every 30 hours worked, earning a maximum of 40 hours of Vacation and 40 hours of Flex PTO, for a combined maximum total of 80 hours.In addition to PTO, Utz offers 6 paid company holidays each year.
