UVA Imaging is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Manager with a strong background in MRI to join our team. The Clinical Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Outpatient location, ensuring that all procedures are performed safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of MRI technology and its applications in a clinical setting.
Consistently ranking in the National Top Ten percentile, UVA Imaging operates 4 separate Outpatient imaging centers in the Charlottesville, VA area, offering a complete array of services from Xray, MRI, CT and Ultrasound.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervision of UVA Imaging Outpatient location, ensuring that all staff are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties
- Work with leadership team to develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the clinical department
- Ensure that all procedures are performed in a timely manner
- Monitor patient care and ensure that all procedures are performed in accordance with established protocols and standards
- Ensure that all staff members adhere to ethical and professional standards of conduct

Requirements:REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on MRI
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in related field
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards for clinical operations
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
EDUCATION:
- Graduate of an accredited program in Nursing, Radiology, Nuclear Medicine technology, or equivalent in experience.
- Bachelor's Degree and/or CRA preferred.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:
- Candidates with relevant existing licensure or certification will be required to maintain that licensure or certification.
SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Ability to implement effective administrative policies and procedures.
- Possesses good organizational and time management skills; attention to detail and effective problem solving.
- Ability to plan and direct the work of others.
- Ability to influence others to achieve organizational goals.
- Knowledge of computer applications, including information and billing systems, keyboard input, digital archiving, and retrieving of data.
