We are seeking a highly skilled CAD Engineer to join our US team in Norcross, GA site In this role, you will be responsible for designing customer site layouts and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental guidelines. This is a key position within the Installation department, requiring technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:
- Site Layout & CAD Design:
- Design site layouts based on customer specifications and company guidelines.
- Create CAD drawings from on-site photos, measurements, and customer flow requirements.
- Participate in pre-installation calls with customers to fully understand site needs and operational workflows.
- Perform field audit pre installation for field verification and CAD design accuracy
- Perform CAD design related retrospective and continuous improvement activities
- Work closely with R&D, Engineering, Account management and Installation team to ensure optimal and effective CAD design
- Participate in customer CAD review and approval meeting
- Proven experience (1 years) with CAD software (AutoCAD, ZW CAD or equivalent).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of site layout designs.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, ERP systems, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday).
- Familiarity with ticketing systems like Freshdesk or Zendesk.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in client-facing interactions.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
