We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our Operations team. This role is critical in driving operational excellence by identifying inefficiencies, implementing solutions, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Reporting directly to the Director Quality and Performance , the Continuous Improvement Specialist will analyze workflows, enhance processes, and ensure alignment with company goals while collaborating across departments.
A day in the life and how you'll make an impact :
- Process Analysis and Optimization : Evaluate current operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Implementation of Best Practices : Lead initiatives to standardize workflows and ensure consistent application of best practices across the organization.
- Data-Driven Decisions : Utilize data analytics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), generate reports, and provide actionable insights to management.
- Project Leadership : Manage continuous improvement projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA) : Conduct RCA for identified issues, develop corrective and preventive actions, and ensure follow-through for sustained improvement.
- Training and Development : Provide training and support to employees to promote a culture of continuous improvement and empower teams to identify and address inefficiencies.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Production, and Supply Chain, to align improvement efforts with business goals.
- Innovation and Change Management : Act as a change agent to drive innovation and support the adoption of new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
Requirements
Travel Requirements : Ability to travel up to 10% of the time as needed.
