In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment for GTM, R&D, and Marketing, positions across the organization. As a member of our Global HR team, you will be responsible for finding incredible talent for this critical stage of our US growth. In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment for GTM, R&D, and Marketing, positions across the organization. You will partner with managers to ensure fast and efficient recruitment while keeping the candidate experience at the top of mind.
A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:
- Manage the full life cycle of the hiring process for all UVeye’s departments focused on attracting qualified and diverse talent. Full cycle recruitment includes: sourcing, screening, phone / in-person interviews, reference checks, interview feedback, collaborating with hiring managers on needs
- Working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, and advice, and determine the most accurate candidate profile and the right sourcing strategy.
- Contact and screen active and passive candidates to determine qualifications and viability for open positions.
- Conduct searches using traditional and creative sourcing methods, including but not limited to candidate outreach, online searches, job postings, internal database searches, industry organizations and associations, and referrals.
- Guide candidates through our process and provide updates to optimize their experience.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the Applicant Tracking System information accurately reflects details of the job opportunity.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and develop key sourcing initiatives to ensure a constant pipeline of talented and diverse applicants.
- 5 years of experience in a similar role from a high-tech company - preferably from a growing start-up.
- Hiring for GTM roles
- Track record of building strong relationships with hiring managers across the organization.
- Prior experience in sourcing passive candidates using different resources and tools.
- Ability to prioritize in a very dynamic environment.
- Ability to report and analyze hiring processes.
- Ability to work independently and own the process E2E while also collaborating with teammates and different stakeholders.
- People person and team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrates general knowledge of human resources employment pay laws.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration.
- Experience with Comeet, our Applicant Tracking System
