We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our Operations team and lead the execution of key account installations. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations, maintaining quality standards, and achieving project goals. Reporting to the Installation Manager, the Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing performance.
A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact :
- Project Planning and Execution : Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and milestones to ensure timely and efficient delivery of systems.
- Cross-Functional Coordination : Collaborate with internal teams (supplier, production, installation, service, and quality) to align on project goals and address challenges.
- Process Improvement : Define and implement quality control processes specific to the installation project flow within operations, leveraging data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Act as the primary point of contact between cross functional stakeholders and operations, ensuring alignment on expectations and gathering feedback to drive improvements.
- Performance Monitoring : Establish and maintain project dashboards to monitor KPIs and report on progress, risks, and opportunities to senior management.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and CAPA : Lead RCA efforts to identify and address issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions as needed.
- Certification and Compliance : Ensure the project meets all required certifications and compliance standards based on business and customer needs.
- Material Quality Assurance : Collaborate with quality teams to ensure raw materials and final products meet high standards before delivery.
