We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at Dwyer Health Center in Moira, NY. As a primary care clinic staffed by experienced providers who use a collaborative approach to deliver high-quality care, we offer a unique opportunity for individuals to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing routine check-ups and well-care appointments to patients
- Collaborating with specialists to coordinate referrals and ensure proper care coordination
- Performing limited laboratory services, such as blood draws, on-site
Requirements:
- Licensed Independent Practitioner (LIP) or eligible for licensure
- Experience in primary care or related field preferred but will train new graduates
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $129,780 - $173,040 per year
- Flexible 40-hour workweek with regular hours from 8am-5pm
