JOB TITLE:
Campus Recreation Business Office Student Staff
JOB PURPOSE:
The Campus Recreation Business Office Student Staff are the first faces people see when they enter the gym. This position is customer service centric, being the first line of departmental contact for all patrons entering and using Half Acre Gym. This position manages sales, answers questions - in-person and via phone, as well as facilitates facility access.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and welcome every person that enters Half Acre Gymnasium
- Process daily sales made with credit card, cash, and check
- Oversee facility access to ensure only allowable people are allowed to use the gym
- Manage the front desk phone and be able to answer and/or direct calls throughout the gym
- Track and manage lost-and-found items
- Help open and close front desk station of the gym
- Answer questions and direct patrons to resources and departments as able

REMOTE WORK ELIGIBILITY:
This position provides vital support to campus customers and requires the successful candidate be available to work on campus.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Current University of Wyoming Student
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous Customer Service Experience
- Previous Point of Sale Experience
- Able to work for at least two full semesters
