JOB TITLE:
Office Aide for Housing & Dining Contracts
JOB PURPOSE:
Greet customers/students at the front desk and assist the contracts department by answering the phone, responding to emails, filing, and other basic office duties. Assist with any special projects as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the first point of contact for students with housing or dining questions.
- Answer the main office line.
- Assist with answering the office email.
- Assist students with door and meal plan accessibility.
- Filing as needed.
- Other duties assigned.

WORK LOCATION ELIGIBILITY: This position provides vital support to campus customers and requires the successful candidate be available to work on campus.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Availability to work between 10-20 hours per week
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office: outlook, word, excel, and teams
- Customer Service Experience
- Ability to work independently (at times)
