Certification Details BLS - Basic Life Support ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support Tech Cert Verification - National State License 1 Verification NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN / LVN, AP) Job Details Surgical Technologist prepares the Operating Room prior to surgery. Promotes the safety of the patient during surgery. Provides assistance to the surgeon during surgery. Cares for the patient during surgery and cares for the instruments and supplies used in surgery. Functions to promote the safety of the patient as a member of the surgical team. Possesses knowledge and skills required to assist in effectively caring for patients of all age groups (neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric). Job Requirements Minimum two years of pediatric scrub experience or equivalent relevant experience required. Looking for strong skills in Eyes, Urology, Neuro and Ortho. Schedule Information Monday through Friday 1000 to 1830 with weeknight, weekend, and holiday on-call expectations.
