Certification Details BLS PALS ACLS WI nursing license or compact license Job Details EMH Emergency Dept RN - Adult This req is to extend current traveler for 13 weeks, starting on 03 / 01 - 05 / 31 / 2025 and ending on a Saturday. Current assignment dates : 12 / 02 / 2024 - 03 / 01 / 2025 Agency : PRN Healthcare RTO Approved - please gather from agency and email UWH for manager review / approval. Job Requirements Traveler’s permanent address must be 50 miles from assigned primary work site location. Floating - Travelers are the first. The Traveler may have shifts scheduled in multiple units, depending on the current staffing needs and / or different locations within the organization. During the traveler’s assignment, if the primary unit no longer has a need, shifts will be re-assigned to another unit in order to complete contract. Traveler must have WI nursing license or compact license from their permanent address state. Schedule Information Mon - Friday, Evenings : 1100-2330, or 1500-0330 Nights : 1900-0730 Weekend and holiday rotation. Unit Specific Information Check Unit Description to determine certifications required. Additional Details Required per Vaya standard. Current / valid Drivers License required if driving is requirement of the position. Required for Dialysis. Check Unit Description to determine if required for any other positions. Must be issued by American Heart Association (AHA). Renewals : Certificates of Completion / Attestation showing proof that renewal was completed will be accepted and allow candidate to continue working while they wait for a copy of their new card.
