Pay Range: $28.79 - $43.18 / hour

POSITION SUMMARY: As a member of the multidisciplinary health care team, screens, assesses, intervenes and educates patients at nutritional risk. Participates in continuous quality improvement activities and educational experiences in support of departmental philosophy and objectives, as well as Health System initiatives. |
EDUCATION/TRAINING: If credentialed on or after 2024, Master of Science degree in Dietetics or related field from an accredited facility.
OR
If credentialed prior to 2024, Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics or related field from an accredited facility and active Registered Dietitian Nutritionist by Commission of Dietetic Registration (required) |
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: Strong organizational and problem solving abilities. Knowledge of nutrition and dietary principles and familiarity with medical terminology common to nutrition. Ability to effectively interact and communicate with physicians and all levels of staff and with patients, visitors and members of the community. Successful completion of annual clinical, age and job specific competencies and skill verification tools required. |
