Certification Details BLS Job Details UW Health Rehabilitation Hospital is a free-standing, 50-bed acute inpatient rehabilitation facility located on the east side of Madison, Wisconsin. Our rehabilitation hospital offers specialized programs for people who have experienced stroke, brain and spinal-cord injuries, amputations, complex orthopedic injuries and other conditions requiring inpatient rehabilitative services. Our goal is to help patients achieve their highest level of recovery with a goal of returning home as soon as able. UW Health Rehabilitation Hospital strives to maximize the health, function, and quality of life of those we serve through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs. We are accredited by The Joint Commission and CARF-accredited for our Comprehensive Integrated Inpatient Rehabilitation Program and Stroke Specialty Program. Job Requirements Required Certifications : BLS Years of Experience : 2 Must Have Skills / Experience : EPIC, Rehab (or at least acute care) Schedule Information Shift : Days 6 : 30am-7 : 00pm NOC’s 6 : 30pm-7 : 00am Weekly Guaranteed Hours : 36, but contract gives us rights to call them off up to 3x without penalty due to low census Weekend Hours : Every other Call Requirements : No on-call Unit Specific Information Facility Department / Cost Center : RN / LPN Specialty : Inpatient Rehab Additional Details Scrub Color : Any Time to Report : 8am on first day Who to ask for upon arrival : Abby Parking : Free and simple
