Certification Details BLS - Basic Life Support ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support Job Details UWH Job Posting Title - RN - IMC Surgical Trauma - Evening / Night, Traveler Work in a fast-paced environment, providing care to acutely ill surgical and trauma patients in an academic medical and Level 1 Trauma Center. Join a team of remarkable nurses and have the opportunity to care for both general care and IMC level patients in a 26-bed step down unit, where critical thinking and teamwork is a must. Work in a collaborative environment, where nurses are an integral part of the multidisciplinary team with a strong voice in advocating for quality patient care. Job Requirements MS / Tele experience required Telemetry oncology, cardiac and PCU / DOU / IMC / Stepdown experience preferred. Traveler must have WI nursing license or compact license from their permanent address state. Schedule Information 1900-730, every other weekend or to meet unit needs Floating - Travelers are the first. The Traveler may have shifts scheduled in multiple units, depending on the current staffing needs and / or different locations within the organization. Unit Specific Information Facility Requirement : Traveler’s permanent address must be 50 miles from assigned primary work site location. Additional Details Required per Vaya standard. Current / valid Drivers License required if driving is requirement of the position. Required for Dialysis. Check Unit Description to determine if required for any other positions.
