We are seeking an End User Device Associate to:
* Work with IS Project Managers and Operational Stakeholders on projects of varying sizes.
* Coordinate hardware and prepare installations.
* Support Microsoft operating systems, iOS, Android, hardware, and applications.
* Troubleshoot connectivity and resolve hardware/software issues with timely resolution.

- Associate's Degree In Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field (2 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree) Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field strongly Preferred
- 1 year relevant experience in a Healthcare setting Preferred
- Experience in healthcare organization Preferred
- Experience providing computer hardware, software and application support for end users Preferred
