Job Title : Physical Therapist
Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at SwedishAmerican Home Health Care. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing quality care to patients in their homes on an intermittent basis.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, evaluate and administer physical therapy services and care to patients per physician's orders.
- Direct physical therapy assistants in providing treatments to clients following Agency guidelines.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement activities and educational experiences in support of departmental philosophy and objectives.

Work Environment :
Our team provides care to patients in their homes on an intermittent basis. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to direct ancillary staff and organize work assignments.
Compensation and Benefits :
