This is full time 100% salaried position. Hours and shifts may vary dependent on cohort needs. Hours may include weekends and off-hours for clinicals, didactic instruction and/or skills teaching. Classroom instruction is located at 610 N. Whitney Way in Madison, WI. Clinicals may be scheduled within the greater Madison area.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to:
- Provide oversight of the Nursing Assistant (NA) Education Program including evaluation and continued development of program curricula.
- Understand social determinants of health (SDOH), how the determinants may impact employee apprentices and support the addressing of SDOHs to improve equity and well-being.
- Visit and maintain relationships with all clinical affiliates/clinical education centers.
- Conducts formal lectures, clinical, or laboratory demonstrations, review classes and examinations. Must be able to teach all courses in the curriculum and act as substitute instructor when needed.
- Provide support and act as academic advisement to ensure successful completion of the program.

- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN). Required
- Master Degree in Health Care or Education Related field. Preferred
- 1 year of inpatient RN experience and one (1) year of long-term care, Rehab or LPN experience Required
- 2 years of full-time clinical experience as a registered nurse, including instructional experience in the classroom or clinical setting. Required
- 5 years of full-time clinical experience as a registered nurse and two years of experience as a nursing assistant including instructional experience in the classroom or clinical setting. Preferred
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of WI or holds a license issued by a jurisdiction that has adopted the nurse licensure compact. Required
- Nurse Aide Program Primary Instructor in the State of WI Preferred
