Work Schedule:
This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday-Friday between the hours of 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will work at University Hospital in Madison, WI.

We are seeking an Office Assistant to:
- Produce photo ID badges for all employees at UW Health and grant access and privileges to multiple security card access systems.
- Provide visitor screening and production of visitor passes at American Family Children's Hospital. This includes maintaining a list of visitor restrictions and dealing with complex visitation issues.
- Monitor and respond to the department email inboxes and perform time sensitive data entry.
