Work Schedule:
This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM -4:30 PM. On call and Holiday hours are required. Must be flexible to cover all hours of operations. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will work at 1 S. Park St. in Madison, WI. This person will also travel to 20 S. Park St, Union Corners Urgent Care and University Station.

We are seeking a Patient Access Lead to:
- Oversee the daily operations of specific work units within the Patient Access Department.
- Partner closely with supervisors to provide leadership coverage and presence to the registration and admissions work units in the clinics and the hospital divisions.
- Ensure effective operations by organizing, scheduling, and monitoring the department workload.

- High School Diploma or equivalent Required
- Associate's Degree in Business, Finance, Health Info Management, or related field Preferred
- 1 year of experience in a patient access, healthcare revenue cycle, or clinic operations role Required
- 2 years of experience in a patient access, healthcare revenue cycle, or clinic operations role with progressive leadership responsibilities Preferred
