Work Schedule :
FTE 100% Day, M-F 9 : 00am-5 : 00pm (flexible) hybrid remote role with varying amount of in-office time. Position may require attendance at events after hours or weekends on rare occasions. You will work at 600 Highland Ave, Madison WI.

We are seeking a Program Manager Transplant Marketing & Communications to :
Work closely with our Transplant Center leaders to design and implement marketing strategies for our successful organ transplant and living donation programsEnsure our compelling transplant patient stories and media surrounding our transplant center reaches the right audiencesClosely monitor the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and recommend new approaches as neededReview and edit external communications from the Transplant Center, including patient communications, media announcements, and educational pieces for our communityIdentify opportunities for visibility and engagement within and beyond our catchment areaMaintain consistent branding for our organizationMonitor ROI of campaigns and initiatives to ensure we are meeting the goals of our programsAt UW Health, you will have :

Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, finance, business or other relevant field RequiredMaster's Degree in healthcare administration, nursing, finance, business or other relevant field PreferredWork Experience
3 years of progressively advanced healthcare marketing and communication experience in transplant or related healthcare experience Required5 years related experience in transplant marketing, communications PreferredExperience in an academic medical center PreferredPrior training in marketing, communications, business, planning PreferredExperience in marketing and communications for a comprehensive care program or center PreferredOur Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
