Description : Work Schedule :
100% FTE, Day / Evening, 8 hour shifts between 7 : 00am - 7 : 00pm, Monday - Friday. No weekends, holidays or on-call hours. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. This position is hybrid and includes onsite work at University Hospital in Madison, WI as well as travel to various affiliate locations within the area as needed.

We are seeking an RN - Clinical Program Coordinator for the Electrophysiology Lab to :
- Work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, advance practice providers, registered nurses, nutritionists, medical assistants and appointment schedulers to plan, direct and evaluate the care provided to adult patients in the EP lab environment, primarily in the EP lab located at University Hospital. This hybrid position will also include providing direct patient care in the EP lab environment.
- Provide expertise in clinical care standards and workflows related to the EP program utilizing evidence-based practice standards to assure consistent high-quality care and a positive patient and family experience across the continuum of care. Preferred experience includes : adult cath lab / IR / EP nursing experience, IMC or ICU level nursing experience, specific EP clinic experience or specific device experience and / or three or more years of inpatient cardiology experience.
- Coordinate meetings, collect data and educate patients and staff members as well as provide care coordination with inpatient and outpatient teams at East Madison Hospital, University Hospital, American Family Children's Hospital, UW Health Northern Illinois Health System, and other affiliated sites.
