This is a full-time, FTE 1.0, 2nd shift position.5 : 00pm - 1 : 30am, hours may vary based on department needs.
Week 1 work Monday through Friday
Week 2 days off Sunday and Thursday

Play an integral role in infection prevention and help keep UW Health hospitals and clinics safe for patients, visitors and staff.
We are seeking a Senior Environmental Services Technician (Sr EVS Tech) to :
- Clean and disinfect UW Health facilities, using proper procedures, equipment, and cleaning chemicals to ensure a safe environment.
- Act as a lead worker and as a trainer for new / current staff.
- Assist with work assignments, work flow, work direction and special assignments.
Education :
Minimum - High School diploma or equivalent.
Work Experience :
Minimum - One year cleaning / housekeeping experience and / or relevant experience in a lead capacity.
Preferred - Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word.

Eastpark Medical Center - UW Health's new state-of-the-art ambulatory facility will transform the patient experience and offer cutting-edge proton therapy. This 469,000-square-foot ambulatory facility will house many specialties, including women's complex care, adult cancer care, advanced imaging and laboratory services and innovative clinical trials. It will be located across from East Madison Hospital on Eastpark Blvd. and is slated to open in fall 2024.
