Now in our 30th year, we produce tradeshows and events targeting the Women’s and Food and Beverage Industry that take place in 12 markets across the U.S. and unite companies and brands, celebrity speakers and a targeted audience of attendees.
We're seeking an Administrative Office Manager with an upbeat personality who is persistent and driven to provide key operational and administrative support our event sales team by providing day-to-day sales support and service to our clients.
The ideal candidate will also demonstrate the ability to work independently and professionally in a fast-paced environment at our office is located in Pleasanton with convenient access to 680/580.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative-related support to our clients.
- Provide coordination support to our events, including set up details to clients, communicating with vendors and venues and overall administrative event marketing support
- Process customer orders and payments, invoicing and billing
Qualifications:

- Must be a motivated, passionate, and a positive individual
- Excellent phone and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently while exercising excellent judgment
- Knowledgeable and proficient in using CRM and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Must be a quick learner and able to easily multi-task
- Strong organizational skills to manage office tasks effectively
- Work well under pressure and comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment, with a solid work ethic.
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be an initiative-taker with the ability to prioritize and complete projects expediently, efficiently, and on time with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Work well in a team environment and contribute to the team’s success.
