Responsibilities
- Develop and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning.
- Collaborate with staff for shared opportunities.
- Communicate with families.
- Maintain portfolios, and assessments to track growth.
- Stay up-to-date with current educational practices and participate in professional development opportunities
Desired Qualifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred)
- Mentor adult learners, and practicum students within the learning environment.
- Strong knowledge of brain development and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching
