What are the responsibilities and job description for the Law Office Legal Secretary position at Uzelac Law?
We are looking to hire a legal assistant with administrative experience, that can keep up with a busy schedule and hardworking attorneys!
Some of the day-to-day tasks this position entails are answering phone calls, setting up new client consultations, working in our client database, Clio Manage, entering in client information, matters, various activities and documents, entering things on the calendar such as meetings and upcoming hearings, creating new matter files, filing documents into the files/file cabinets, assisting the attorneys with various organizational tasks such as putting together a trial book or organizing financial documents, proofreading legal documents, e-filing documents in Odyssey, taking mail to the post office almost every evening, and taking documents to the County approximately 3x a month.
Must be experienced in working on an iMac computer.
