Job Description:
Valley Aesthetics Institute is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Patient Care Coordinator/Aesthetic Sales Consultant to join our dynamic full-service aesthetic surgery, dermatology and medical spa team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a proven track record in patient care, sales, and medical spa coordination. We are looking for a bilingual candidate who excels at building relationships with patients and has a passion for the medical and aesthetic industries.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a warm, welcoming experience.
• Follow up on marketing leads and convert them into patient bookings.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments for various service lines, including Aesthetics, Med Spa treatments, and Dermatology.
• Provide information on available services, upsell additional med spa and laser treatments, and assist in promoting aesthetic surgeries.
• Guiding clients through in-depth consultations to help them select treatments tailored to their aesthetic goals, answering questions, and providing accurate information about treatments and procedures.
• Manage patient inquiries, ensuring all questions are answered promptly and professionally.
• Maintain patient records and ensure smooth communication between the clinical team and patients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote services, drive bookings, and ensure excellent patient experiences.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in patient care coordination or similar roles in a medical spa, dermatology, or aesthetic clinic.
• Proven track record in upselling and converting leads into appointments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred.
• Knowledge of med spa treatments, laser services, and aesthetic surgery options is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong sales skills with a passion for customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,414.89 - $55,897.51 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekends as needed
