Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Assistant located in Doral, FL. The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for preparing financial statements, maintaining and updating accounting records, using accounting software to manage financial data, and assisting with bookkeeping tasks. The role requires daily interaction with the finance team to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with accounting regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing Financial Statements and understanding of accounting principles
- Experience using Accounting Software (QuickBooks)
- Knowledge in Finance and Bookkeeping
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
- AA associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Salary : $35,000 - $45,000
