Branch Manager

This is a branch management position for a growing heavy equipment/forklift dealership. The ideal candidate has experience in the material handling/ heavy equipment industry with knowledge of the Lubbock market. This is a new location so this candidate will need to multitask and to be able to operate under pressure. It is key that this candidate is goal orientated and has administrative skills. This position is a location/market manager less a manager of people. This person will need to take ownership and responsibility for the location and is key in the growth of its revenue. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial minded, as this main goal of this position is growing a business/branch. Variable compensation in the form of profit sharing is a benefit of this position.

Qualifications

• Experience in the heavy equipment/material handling industry
• Proven management and leadership skills with a focus on business development.
• Demonstrated ability in supervising teams and driving process improvement initiatives.
• Administrative experience in a branch setting is highly desirable.
• Excellent sales acumen and a track record of achieving business growth.

Day to Day

• Take walk-ins
• Inside / outside sales
• Answering parts calls / supporting parts department
• Support the service manager/technician
• Build the brand as well as the market
• Office management

This is a leadership position, not a 9 to 5. Variable compensating (profit sharing) is a benefit of this position. The ideal candidate is driven and wants to build/create with a growing heavy equipment dealership focused on customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
