Position Overview :
V&E Hospitality Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Busser to join our team. The Busser plays a vital role in maintaining a clean and organized dining environment and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities :
- Table Maintenance : Clear and reset tables efficiently, ensuring they are clean and properly set for the next guests. Remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils promptly.
- Assist Servers : Collaborate with servers to provide exceptional service to guests. Support servers by delivering beverages, refilling water glasses, and delivering food orders as needed.
- Dining Area Cleanliness : Continuously monitor the dining area for cleanliness. Wipe down and sanitize tables, chairs, and other surfaces to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Refill Supplies : Keep service stations stocked with clean glassware, utensils, napkins, and other necessary supplies. Inform the kitchen and bar staff when additional supplies are needed.
- Guest Assistance : Assist guests by answering questions, providing directions, and accommodating special requests when possible. Ensure that guests feel welcomed and attended to during their dining experience.
- Bussing Carts : Safely transport used dishes and equipment to the dishwashing area using designated bussing carts. Help maintain the cleanliness of the dishwashing area.
- Teamwork : Collaborate with fellow bussers, servers, and kitchen staff to create a positive and efficient work environment. Be willing to assist in other areas of the establishment as needed.
