Position Overview :

The Food Server is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests by providing exceptional service, taking orders, and delivering food in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities :
- Guest Interaction : Greet guests warmly, provide menus, and assist in answering questions about the menu and specials. Offer recommendations and take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Order Accuracy : Input food and drink orders into the POS system with precision, ensuring modifications and dietary requests are accurately communicated to the kitchen staff.
- Service Excellence : Serve food and beverages promptly, checking for order accuracy before delivering to guests. Anticipate and fulfill guest needs throughout their dining experience.
- Table Maintenance : Clear tables efficiently, removing used dishes, glassware, and utensils. Reset tables promptly to provide a clean and welcoming atmosphere for the next guests.
- Up-Selling : Encourage guests to explore menu options, including appetizers, desserts, and specialty drinks, to enhance their dining experience and increase revenue.
- Payment Processing : Present bills to guests, process payments accurately, and provide change or receipts as needed. Thank guests for their patronage and invite them to return.
- Cleanliness : Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including side stations and service areas. Assist in maintaining overall restaurant cleanliness.
- Teamwork : Collaborate with kitchen staff, bussers, and fellow servers to ensure smooth service and a positive dining experience. Assist colleagues during peak times as necessary.
