Duties
- Lead Generation & Appointment Setting:
- Make outbound calls to identify and qualify potential leads for Verizon Connect products.
- Schedule appointments for product demonstrations or follow-up calls with qualified prospects.
- Ensure a consistent pipeline of leads by maintaining daily call volumes and outreach activities.
- Conduct Product Demonstrations:
- Perform live, virtual product demos to showcase the features and benefits of Verizon Connect solutions.
- Customize presentations to align with the specific needs and pain points of the prospect.
- Demonstrate key product features, such as vehicle tracking, driver behavior monitoring, and fleet management tools.
- Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Build rapport with potential customers, addressing inquiries and providing valuable information on products.
- Guide prospects through the product’s value proposition and ensure they understand how Verizon Connect can solve their challenges.
- Follow up with leads to keep prospects engaged and move them through the sales funnel.
- Client-Side Sales Team Collaboration & Support:
- Collaborate with the client-side sales team to ensure smooth transitions of qualified leads and appointments.
- Provide the sales team with key insights and feedback from demos to aid in closing deals.
- Keep track of all lead and customer interactions and ensure proper handoff to the closing sales representatives.
- Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and demo outcomes within the CRM system.
- Track key performance metrics such as call volume, demo frequency, lead quality, and conversion rates.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment setting and demo delivery targets.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex products in simple terms.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone or in virtual meetings.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented with the ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledge of CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
