Description: We are looking for a skilled COBOL Developer to join our team! In this role, you will design, develop, and test structured COBOL programs for both online and batch processing on a UNISYS mainframe. You’ll enhance and maintain the WMS application, including writing database commands, procedures, and subroutines. Collaborating with intra-agency teams and customers, you’ll provide application support, resolve production issues, and ensure smooth integration through unit testing and UAT coordination.
Required/Desired/Highly desired Skills:
- 84 months of COBOL programming experience.
- 60 months experience with UNISYS DPS/TIP 2200 and UCS/ACSI Cobol.
- 48 months experience with UNISYS 2200 DMS (Cobol).
- 48 months experience with UNISYS OS 2200 EXEC/ECL.
- 48 months experience in system analysis and design and speaking with customers to clarify requirements.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science related field.
