Description
The Consultant will be responsible for leading cloud hosted SaaS projects and business change management that focus on leveraging modern technology to improve public safety and client customer services statewide. Most projects have a high degree of complexity.
Required/Desired/Highly desired Skills:
- PM of record on a Category 1 or 2 Commonwealth project of $5 million or more, or completion of non-COV project with a value greater than $10 million (Required)
- Experience managing large projects and PMP certification. (Required 10 Years)
- Proven leadership skills. (Required 10 Years)
- Advanced computer skills are required that aligns with the Job Description. (Required 10 Years)
- Strong decision-making and strong analytical skills. (Required 10 Years)
- Ability to create and manage project schedules. (Required 10 Years)
- Experience leading organizational change management. (Required 10 Years)
- Good verbal and written communication skills. (Required 10 Years)
