Short Description: DOM is seeking an accomplished IT professional with a robust technical background and proven management experience. This person must be willing to be onsite at Medicaid’s facilities in Jackson Mississippi 95% of the time.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage SharePoint Online and Teams, including permissions, site collections, and integrations.
- Administer and customize ServiceNow, including workflow automation, scripting, and module configuration.
- Oversee DocuSign setup, configuration, and integration with business systems.
- Manage Entra ID (Azure AD) for identity and access management, including user provisioning and MFA.
- Develop and maintain Access Packages for third-party managed file transfers with security compliance.
- Monitor and audit access packages to prevent unauthorized access and ensure performance.
- Design and implement IT platform integrations for streamlined workflows and data exchange.
- Utilize scripting and automation tools to enhance system performance and consistency.
- Continuously monitor system performance and health metrics.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating to vendors when needed.
- Perform system audits, updates, and patches for security and compliance.
- Maintain detailed technical documentation, including configuration guides and operational procedures.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards through controls and audits.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience
- 10 years of experience in IT Systems Administration
Education
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Computer Science, Data Processing, Business Information systems, or a related field.
