We require the candidate to be able to review training materials, monitor compliance with data entry requirements, and deliver presentations to line staff.

- 3 years of experience providing IT support to users
- 3 years of experience providing implementation support services
- 1.5 years of experience providing onsite systems support in a child welfare environment
