Key Responsibilities
Provide accurate information about our products, services, policies, and promotions
Assist customers with orders, billing inquiries, account updates, and troubleshooting issues
Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and technical support, to ensure seamless service
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been fully resolved
Identify customer needs and suggest relevant products / services to enhance their experience
Stay up to date with company policies, product updates, and industry trends to provide the best service possible
What Were Looking For
Experience : Previous customer service experience preferred but not required we provide full training!
