Car Washer

Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):

• Wash vehicle exterior using cleaning solution, water, cloths, and brushes
• Apply wax to auto body, and wipe or buff surface to protect surface and preserve shine, using cloth or buffing machine
• Vacuum interior of vehicle to remove loose dirt and debris using a vacuum cleaner
• Clean upholstery, rugs, and other surfaces using cleaning agents, applicators, and cleaning devices
• Clean engine and engine compartment with steam-cleaning equipment and various cleaning agents to remove grease and grime
• Apply special-purpose cleaners to remove foreign materials which normal cleaning procedures do not remove, utilizing experience and judgement and following recommendations of the product’s manufacturer
• Inspect the finished vehicle
• Clean areas of the dealership as needed and assist in other areas of the Dealership as directed by management

Qualifications:

• Must have valid in-state driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record and safe driving habits in order to drive both company and customer’s vehicles – Must adhere to the Dealership’s driving policy and be insurable
• High School Diploma or the equivalent
• Ability to effectively communicate and work well with others (a team player)
• Meet professional appearance and conduct standards of the Dealership
• Ability to stand, sit, reach, and bend down throughout the day'

Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
