Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Operations to oversee the management and operational efficiency of several fast casual restaurant locations including but not limited to Auntie Anne’s and Cinnabon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellence in day-to-day operations, driving sales performance, and maintaining high standards of customer service and food safety.
Key Responsibilities:
· Store Audits: Conduct inventory audits and audit cash logs at the store level.
· HACCP/ Free & Waste/ Purge Checks: Perform checks to ensure compliance with food safety protocols.
· Hourly Staffing Breakdown: Manage and break down hourly staffing requirements.
· Hourly Training: Provide training for hourly staff.
· Training Potential Trainers: Identify and train potential trainers for each concept.
· Hiring All Levels: Oversee hiring processes across all levels of the organization.
· Running Orientation: Conduct orientation sessions for new employees.
· Communication: Develop communication strategies and handle specific situations as they arise.
· Hiring Paperwork: Ensure all hiring paperwork is completed accurately.
· Sales Building: Understand profit metrics and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
· Period & Quarterly Reports: Prepare and analyze period and quarterly performance reports.
· Understanding and Reading P&L’s: Audit and interpret profit & loss statements.
· Running Conference Calls: Organize and lead conference calls as required.
· Planning Area Budgets: Calculate and distribute area budgets to stores.
· Operational Focus Meetings: Plan and conduct operational focus meetings when needed.
· Completing Scorecards: Gather necessary information and complete scorecards.
· HUB Audits: Conduct audits within the HUB system.
· Track HUB Enrollments: Monitor HUB enrollments as crew members are hired.
· Understanding OLO: Ensure comprehension and utilization of OLO (Online Ordering) systems.
· Guest Focus Closure: Oversee the completion of guest focus tasks.
· Guest Recovery: Contact guests and manage guest recovery processes.
· Track Licenses/Permits: Keep track of all store licenses and permits.

Qualifications:
3 Years Experience in Multi-Unit Management: Demonstrated ability to oversee and manage multiple restaurant locations efficiently and effectively. Proven track record of driving performance and ensuring consistency across all units.
· Proven experience in restaurant operations management, preferably within fast casual dining.
· Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP standards.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
· Ability to analyze financial statements and manage budgets effectively.
· Proficiency in using operational tools and software such as OLO, QU, and Matrix.
