Salary Range

Reporting Structure
The Merchandiser- MFO reports directly in to the Vice President of Merchandising.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Create and implement seasonal line plans by delivery and style/SKU to achieve business strategies.
- Analyze hindsight and selling to compile best and slow seller reports, and market hindsight reports
- Manage and track the flow and organization of samples
- Plan and forecast raw material needs in partnership with PD and Production
- Create product assortment opportunities using liability stock
- Communicate cross-functionally to bridge Design, Sales, Product Development and Production to ensure cohesive processes
- Contribute to the development of price tiers and pricing architecture to guide Design in furthering the MFO line
- Partner with Design to build a balanced MFO line based on empirical data and sales analyses, as well as trend and brand awareness
- Track and monitor key items and growth opportunities by category and style
- Shop the market to be aware of trends, competitive price positioning, and market share

Qualifications/Experience We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excel proficiency
- 2-3 years merchandising experience
- Elevated contemporary brand or luxury brand experience
- Analytical ability
- Understanding of competitive brands within the market
