Reporting Structure
The Temporary Sample Coordinator reports directly to the Sr. Manager, Product Development.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
This position will assist in the product development process with a focus on organizing sweater samples.
- Working closely with Product Development team to organize samples
- Folding samples and boxing them up
- Track incoming packages and confirm receipt
- Filing swatches, labeling, tagging and steaming garments
- Distribute samples to pertinent team members
- Update seasonal trackers
- Maintain sample organization
- Prepare samples for shipment if needed
- Assist the product development team in day to day functions as needed

Qualifications/Experience We’re Looking For:
- Industry related experience
- Must have strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Must have strong communication skills, written and verbal and follow up skills
- Must be able to multi task, set priorities and meet deadlines
- Must be organized and have a strong attention to detail
- Must be able to adapt quickly to changing business requirements
- Must be an effective team player and have a strong sense of urgency
